How to Make Poha (Step-by-Step Method)
1) Sabse pehle poha ko chalni me daal kar 1–2 baar pani se halka sa dho lein.
2) Extra pani nikal kar poha ko side me rakh dein aur usme namak aur haldi mix kar dein.
Ek kadhai me oil garam karein aur mustard seeds daal dein.
3) Jab rai chatakne lage, tab curry leaves aur peanuts add karein.
4) Ab onion aur green chilli daal kar onion soft hone tak bhunein.
5) Isme prepared poha daal kar dheere se mix karein.
6) Low flame par 2–3 minute dhak kar pakayein.
