1 cup suji (rava)
1 medium onion (barik kata hua)
1/4 cup carrot (kata hua)
1/4 cup beans (kata hua)
1/4 cup green peas
1 green chilli (optional)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp chana dal
8–10 curry leaves
2 tbsp oil or ghee
Salt taste ke hisaab se
2½ cup pani
Lemon juice as required
Fresh coriander leaves
How to Make Vegetable Upma (Step-by-Step Method)
1) Sabse pehle suji ko kadhai me dry roast karein jab tak halki khushboo na aa jaye. Side me rakh dein.
2) Ab ek pan me oil ya ghee garam karein aur mustard seeds daal dein.
3) Jab rai chatakne lage, tab chana dal aur curry leaves add karein.
4) Onion aur green chilli daal kar onion soft hone tak bhunein.
5) Ab sab vegetables daal kar 2–3 minute pakayein.
6) Isme pani aur namak daal kar ubaal aane dein.
7) Gas slow karke roasted suji dheere-dheere daalein aur mix karein.
8) Dhak kar 2–3 minute pakayein jab tak upma soft na ho jaye.
9) Gas band karke lemon juice aur coriander add karein.
