1) Sabse pehle chicken ko achhe se wash karke side me rakh dein. Agar time ho to thoda namak aur haldi laga kar 15–20 minute rest dena taste ke liye achha hota hai.
2) Ek heavy bottom kadhai ya pan me oil garam karein. Oil medium hot ho jaaye to bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom aur peppercorns daal dein. Thodi hi der me masalon ki achhi khushboo aane lagegi.
