Ingredients (Samagri)

500 gram chicken (medium pieces)

2 medium onions (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes (puree ya finely chopped)

2 tbsp oil

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt taste ke hisaab se

1 cup pani (required ho to thoda aur)

Fresh coriander leaves

Whole Spices (Optional but recommended)

1 bay leaf

1 small cinnamon stick

2 green cardamom

How to Make Chicken Curry (Step-by-Step Method)

1) Sabse pehle chicken ko achhe se wash karke side me rakh dein. Agar time ho to thoda namak aur haldi laga kar 15 minute ke liye rest dena aur better hota hai.

2) Ek kadhai ya heavy bottom pan me oil garam karein. Oil medium heat par ho to usme bay leaf, cardamom aur cinnamon daal dein. Thodi der me khushboo aane lagegi.

3) Ab chopped onions add karein aur medium flame par bhunein jab tak onion golden brown na ho jaye. Yahi step chicken curry ke taste ka base hota hai, isliye onion ko achhe se bhunna zaroori hai.

4) Onion brown ho jaaye to ginger garlic paste daal kar 1–2 minute tak bhunein jab tak raw smell khatam na ho jaye.
