Step 1: Batter Preparation

Rice, urad dal aur methi seeds ko saath me achhe se wash karke 6–8 hours ke liye pani me bhigo dein.

Bhigone ke baad thoda-thoda pani use karke smooth batter grind karein. Batter na zyada thick ho, na zyada patla.

Batter me salt add karke achhe se mix karein aur 8–10 hours ya overnight ferment hone ke liye rakh dein.

Fermentation ke baad batter thoda bubbly aur halka sour smell ka ho jata hai, jo dosa ke liye perfect hota hai.

Ek flat tawa ya dosa tawa medium flame par garam karein.
