1) Sabse pehle tuar dal aur moong dal ko achhe se wash kar lein. Pressure cooker me dal, turmeric powder, salt aur pani daal kar 3–4 whistles tak pakayein jab tak dal soft aur mushy na ho jaye.
2) Cooker khul jaaye to dal ko spoon se halka sa mash kar lein taaki texture smooth ho jaye. Dal zyada thick lage to thoda pani add kar sakte ho.
3) Ab ek pan me 1 tbsp ghee ya oil garam karein. Isme chopped onions daal kar medium flame par bhunein jab tak onion soft aur light golden na ho jaaye.
