500 gram boneless chicken

1/2 cup thick curd

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Gravy ke liye

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp oil

2 medium tomatoes (puree)

1 medium onion (roughly chopped)

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

10–12 cashews (soaked)

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt taste ke hisaab se

1/2 cup fresh cream

How to Make Butter Chicken (Step-by-Step Method)

Sabse pehle chicken ko ek bowl me daal kar curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt aur lemon juice ke sath achhe se marinate karein. Chicken ko kam se kam 30 minute ke liye rest den.

Ek pan ya grill me thoda sa oil laga kar marinated chicken ko medium flame par pakayein. Chicken ko fully fry nahi karna hai, bas light brown hone tak pakana hai. Chicken nikaal kar side me rakh dein.

Ab ek pan me butter aur oil garam karein. Isme chopped onion daal kar soft hone tak bhunein. Onion ko zyada brown nahi karna hai.

Ginger garlic paste add karke 1 minute bhunein. Ab tomato puree aur soaked cashews add karein. Masala ko medium flame par tab tak pakayein jab tak oil side se chhodne lage.

Is mixture ko thoda thanda hone dein, phir blender me grind karke smooth gravy bana lein.

Smooth gravy ko wapas pan me daal dein. Isme red chilli powder, coriander powder aur salt add karein. Low flame par 5–7 minute pakayein.

Ab cooked chicken pieces gravy me add karein aur gently mix karein. 8–10 minute tak low flame par simmer karein taaki flavours achhe se mix ho jaayein.

Last me fresh cream aur garam masala add karein. Butter chicken ko 2 minute aur pakayein aur gas band kar dein.
