1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tbsp mustard oil

Step 1: Fish Preparation
Sabse pehle fish fillets ko achhe se wash karein aur kitchen towel se dry karein. Fish ko medium size cubes me cut karein.
Ab fish pieces par lemon juice aur salt laga kar 10–15 minute ke liye rest karne dein. Isse fish ka raw smell kam ho jata hai aur flavour improve hota hai.
Step 2: Marination
Ek bowl me curd, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala aur mustard oil add karein. Sab ingredients ko achhe se mix karein.
Ab fish pieces ko is marinade me daal kar gently coat karein. Fish ko kam se kam 30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein. Agar time ho to 1 hour tak marinate karna aur bhi better hai.
Step 3: Cooking Fish Tikka
Tawa Method
Ek pan ya tawa me thoda oil garam karein. Marinated fish pieces ko tawa par place karein aur medium flame par cook karein.
Fish ko carefully flip karein taaki pieces break na ho. Dono sides golden aur slightly crispy hone tak cook karein.
Oven Method (Optional)
Oven ko 200°C par preheat karein. Marinated fish pieces ko skewers par lagayein aur baking tray me rakh dein.
Fish ko 12–15 minutes tak bake karein jab tak edges slightly charred na ho jayein.
