Ingredients (Samagri)

Eggs ke liye

4 boiled eggs

1 tbsp oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch turmeric powder

Curry ke liye

2 tbsp oil

1 medium onion (finely chopped)

2 medium tomatoes (finely chopped)

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

Salt taste ke hisaab se

1½ cup water

Garnish

Fresh coriander leaves

Step 1: Eggs Preparation

Sabse pehle eggs ko 10–12 minute tak boil karein. Boil hone ke baad eggs ko thanda karke peel kar lein. Ab eggs par chhote cuts laga sakte ho taaki gravy ka flavour andar tak ja sake.

Ek pan me thoda oil garam karein aur boiled eggs ko halka sa turmeric aur salt ke sath fry karein. Is step se eggs ka outer layer slightly crispy ho jata hai aur curry me flavour aur achha aata hai.

Step 2: Gravy Preparation

Ab ek pan ya kadhai me oil garam karein. Isme chopped onion add karein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak onion light golden na ho jaye.

Ab ginger garlic paste add karein aur 1 minute tak bhunein. Iske baad chopped tomatoes add karein aur cook karein jab tak tomatoes soft ho jaye aur oil separate hone lage.

Ab turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder aur salt add karein. Masalon ko achhe se mix karein aur 2 minute tak cook karein.


Step 3: Curry Cooking

Ab pan me water add karein aur gravy ko boil hone dein. Jab gravy boil hone lage tab fried boiled eggs add karein.

Eggs ko gravy me 5–7 minute tak simmer hone dein taaki flavour properly absorb ho jaye. Last me garam masala add karein aur gently mix karein.

Gas band karne ke baad fresh coriander leaves se garnish karein.
