Aloo Filling ke liye

3 medium boiled potatoes (mashed)

1/2 cup boiled white peas ya chana

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 green chilli (finely chopped, optional)

Salt taste ke hisaab se

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp chaat masala

Fresh coriander leaves

Pani ke liye

1 cup fresh mint leaves

1/2 cup coriander leaves

2 green chillies

1 inch ginger

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1 tbsp tamarind pulp

Salt taste ke hisaab se

3–4 cup cold water

How to Make Pani Puri (Step-by-Step Method)

Step 1: Pani Preparation

Mixer me mint, coriander, green chillies aur ginger daal kar smooth paste bana lein.

Is paste ko bowl me nikaal kar cumin powder, chaat masala, tamarind pulp aur salt add karein.

Thanda pani daal kar achhe se mix karein. Pani ko fridge me 30 minute rakh dein taaki flavours achhe se set ho jaayein.

Step 2: Aloo Filling Preparation

Ek bowl me mashed potatoes, boiled peas, onion, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder aur chaat masala mix karein.

Fresh coriander daal kar filling ko side me rakh dein.
