Paneer ke liye
250 gram paneer (cube pieces me cut)
1 tbsp butter
1 pinch salt
Gravy ke liye
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
2 medium tomatoes (roughly chopped)
1 medium onion (roughly chopped)
10–12 cashews
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt taste ke hisaab se
1/2 cup fresh cream
1/2 cup water (as required)
Garnish ke liye
Fresh cream

Step 1: Paneer Preparation
Sabse pehle paneer cubes ko halka sa butter me toss karein. Ye step optional hai, lekin isse paneer ka flavour enhance hota hai. Paneer ko zyada fry na karein warna hard ho sakta hai. Fry karne ke baad paneer ko side me rakh dein.
Step 2: Gravy Base Preparation
Ek pan me oil aur butter garam karein. Isme chopped onion add karein aur medium flame par cook karein jab tak onion soft na ho jaye. Onion ko zyada brown karne ki zarurat nahi hai.
Ab ginger garlic paste add karein aur 1 minute tak bhunein. Iske baad chopped tomatoes aur cashews add karein. Is mixture ko 5–7 minute tak cook karein jab tak tomatoes soft na ho jaye.
Gas band karein aur mixture ko thoda thanda hone dein. Ab ise mixer me smooth paste me grind karein.
Step 3: Gravy Cooking
Ab same pan me thoda butter add karein aur prepared paste daalein. Medium flame par cook karein jab tak gravy thick hone lage.
Ab red chilli powder, coriander powder aur salt add karein. Achhe se mix karein aur 2–3 minute cook karein.
Ab thoda water add karein aur gravy ko smooth consistency tak cook karein. Gravy na zyada thick ho aur na zyada thin.
Step 4: Paneer Add Karna
Ab paneer cubes gravy me add karein aur gently mix karein. Paneer ko 3–4 minute tak gravy me cook hone dein taaki flavour absorb ho jaye.
Last me garam masala aur fresh cream add karein. Cream add karne ke baad gravy aur creamy ho jayegi.
